Talent abounds in many ways at Sapona. Sean Cray, Supervisor on B shift smoked two Boston Butts (pork shoulder) for both plants to enjoy over this past weekend. The pork was smoked for 22 hours, and enjoyed with baked beans, slaw, cake, and ice-cream. Great job Sean!

Sapona has continued its relationship with the Small Business Technology Development Center facilitating our strategic planning process led by Bob Rogers and Owen George. The Lucks Cannery was a great off site choice for this critical evaluation and visionary look forward to see how we can make the next 5 years or so great for customers, employees, and supplier partners.
