ASSET ACQUISITION OF CLEANING SCRUBBER BUSINESS by sapona plastics

We are pleased to announce an asset acquisition of the Trim Brush line of cleaning scrubbers and brushes.  This asset acquisition by Sapona Plastics will not include the file brush business which will continue to be manufactured by and under the Trim Brush Company Inc. name.

"Sapona Plastics has long been our production contractor for this business segment and will continue to produce the same products under Sapona Plastics' ownership." according to Dianne and Bruce Carton of Trim Brush Company.

In this asset acquisition, Sapona Plastics will assume the production assets and all responsibilities for sales and marketing effective 1/8/2025.  The asset transfer will include licenses to brands and other IP rights, as well as all rights to molds, production equipment and related items utilized in production of the scrubbers and brushes. 

This asset acquisition will allow continued production in the USA and supply to customers in North America.  We look forward to providing customers with the same high level of product quality and service previously provided by Trim Brush Company.
