Company Picnic Pickleball celebration

Several Sapona Plastics employees were recognized at the recent company-wide picnic and pickleball event.  Dean Lail and Kim Davis presented service awards for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 Years of service.  Sandra Lail's promotion from VP of Sales to President was also announced with resounding applause from the crowd.

After the ceremonies, everyone had an opportunity to try out pickleball at the Historic Lucks Cannery pickleball hall.  Safety instructions were provided along with general rules and hands-on guidance from Kathryn Baker and Kay Lail on how to play.

The highlight of the event was a book signing by company Chairman Jack C. Lail.  Each employee received a copy of his latest book "Bethlehem to Seagrove".
