Sapona Plastics is defined by a really great team of people, dedicated to serving customers. They are innovative, well-trained, knowledgeable employees working together as a team in a systematic way that can change and respond quickly.
Quality sets the foundation skill set with formerly ASQ certified Quality Engineers, Quality Auditors and Quality Technicians. More recently, the most experienced molding personnel have received recognition through extensive training as RJG certified Master Molders. All molding technicians are trained in Paulson Advanced Injection Molding and have 5 years of experience. The skill set is rounded out with a degreed engineer with a lifetime in plastics, and three MBA’s to ensure the business affairs are conducted in an optimal way. Our Chairman, Jack C. Lail, provides guidance on a daily basis. The top 6 managers have over 14 years average service with the company.
