Sapona Plastics completed an ISO audit 8/16/18 with no findings, upgrading our quality system certification to the ISO9001:2015 standard. We are proud of the efforts of all our employees and in particular our Quality Supervisor Cathy Goodman for the exceptional advancement forward. Our quality systems are highly effective at preventing non-conformances and supporting continuous improvement. Below is a portion of the executive summary of the audit performed by NSF.

5/9/11 Sapona Plastics to drop ISO 13485 Medical Device Manufacture certification
Effective immediately, Sapona Plastics will no longer maintain certification to the ISO13485 standard. This decision to drop the certification was based on the lack of applicability of the medical device standard to current product lines. The company will retain the capability to reinstate the certification as appropriate for customer needs. ISO 9000 certification will be maintained. |
