“Rogon and Scott received RJG Master Molder II certification.  This is not only a validation of two outstanding individuals’ skllls and knowledge gained from years of experience, but also a stimulus to improvement that will benefit their coworkers and customers.”
2/28/12 Sapona Employees Achieve Certification
Sapona Plastics, LLC announces that Scott Auman, Plant Manager, and Rogon Walker, VP of Operations have completed intensive education and hands on training to become RJG Master Molder II certified.  The 160 hours of training is the culmination of their entire careers to date in the plastic injection molding industry.  Both graduated from the 4 weeks of classes with high honors.  Only about 600 people have achieved the Master Molder II certification in scientific molding and decoupled process.  The skills and knowledge gained will help to improve quality, reduce cost, and expand the companies ability to achieve robust molding processes.
The training was funded in part by a Incumbent Workforce Development Training grant from the state of North Carolina.  It ensures that today’s workers can meet tomorrow’s challenges.

I need to tic molding done, but I'm not sure how to do that. It makes sense that I would want to get a professional to help me out with this! I can see how a properly certified professional would be able to put that together correctly.
